Structural calculations
Structures are calculated according to Eurocode (EN1993) combining FEM calculations to validate the results.
Analytical spreadsheets
In cases where there are repetitive products and designs, custom spreadsheets are developed for the client so that complex calculations do not have to be repeated each time.
We analyze and rationalize international standards in different industrial sectors.
FEM Calculations
We use advanced ANSYS® finite element calculation software to predict stresses and deformations in mechanical applications with complex geometries and component assemblies. Based on this, product fatigue life calculations are performed. Thermal and seismic analyses are also carried out.
In calculations applied to repetitive geometries, customized calculation routines are developed using ANSYS APDL to perform optimization calculations in a reduced time. This is a very useful tool for after-sales service, as it enables technically based modifications to be made to equipment that may be affected by fatigue.
